Freeze Effect is eight sparkling glitters of different gradations that will make styling more attractive through the frost effect.

How to use: White base color cure under UV lamp about 2 minutes or LED about 30 seconds. Then gently pat the pollen into the uncured layer of Dry Top with a cotton bud or gloved finger. Cure under a UV lamp for about 2 minutes or LED for about 30 seconds. For a smooth texture, cover the glitter with a top coat.
