The ACTIV Dermo Roller is a roller covered with thin titanium micro-needles ranging from 0.25mm to 2.0mm in length, which make nearly 250,000 micro-punctures on the skin in 5 minutes. Thanks to the fact that they are made of titanium and not surgical steel, they are extremely thin like a human hair and thus actually penetrate the skin. The precision of the titanium needles guarantees safety and comfort during the procedure. The head of each roller is equipped with 192 TITAN needles.
