After using ordinary makeup remover, there are often makeup residues on the upper eyelid and eyelashes. Therefore, it is necessary to thoroughly clean the upper eyelids and lashes with RefectoCil Saline Solution. Only then will we get optimal adhesion of the rollers to the eyelashes and we can start applying EyeLash Perm.

Before coloring

Client with eye makeup: To prepare lashes apply RefectoCil Eye Make Up Remover.
Client without eye makeup: To prepare lashes apply RefectoCil Saline Solution based on saline.
